I would highly recommend building with Brian Esser Construction. I found Brian very responsive to all my needs before the contract was signed and throughout the building process. In most cases he responded within an hour. The attention to detail was excellent and I ended up with a well built, energy-efficient home that saves me money. The best part is that there were no surprises when the home was finished!
We are very pleased with the house that Brian Esser Construction built for us. One of our primary goals for our new home was energy efficiency. Brian used a combination of passive and active techniques to provide us with just the right system to meet our needs. Since 2013 our total energy needs (heat, hot water, cooling, etc) have cost an average of less than $100 a month.
We had an Energy Star Home built in 2010 by Brian Esser Construction. The construction from start to finish was a good experience. Brian was helpful all through the project and always kept us updated on progress and what was happening. Every step we took pictures of the house and the workmanship was great. We did not go over budget except for a few changes we requested. We had an all-electric home and our utility bills were very reasonable. We sold that house in 2016 and rented a house until we decided what we were going to do.
In late 2016 we decided to build another home in the country and immediately contacted Brian again to see if he would be interested in giving us a bid on our project. We accepted his bid on the house after going over the details. Again, everything went smooth and Brian kept us updated on what and when things were going to happen. We moved into our new house in April 2017 and again came in on budget.
We have been very happy with the finished product of each home he has built for us. If we decide to sell and build again, we would definitely choose Brian to build a home for us.
